VIDEO PLUGINS

Anyone know a good video plugin for wordpress?  I’m trying to create a video section on my blog (about time right?)  and any help to expedite the process would be great.  :)

One note though – this video plugin should allow uploading of commercial/pornographic content as this site is technically considered well, you know.

update: so I just spent about an hour trying to find a damn plugin and I keep finding themes…which would ruin all the work I put into editing this one. Help!!!! (>.<)
