I am sorry that you are choosing to cancel your membership account. Below are the steps to canceling your account.

1.) Login to your CCBILL Subscriptions page here https://pay.ccbill.com/#/subscriptions and cancel your recurring payment.

*If you checked out as guest and did not make a ccbill account, you will need to contact CCbill Customer Service and they can help contact your transaction in order to cancel it. For your information safety and security, all payment and personal info is handled by my payment processor, CCbill.

Keep in mind that the subscription doesn’t renew until the next month, however access to Member’s Only content is available only while membership account is active.  If you cancel via CCBILL, you’ll still be able to access the member’s section for the remainder of your 30 days. If you cancel your membership using the cancel option in your account page on my website (tiggahslife.com), it will deactive your membership and no longer be able to view members only content regardless of how many days you have remaining. (Unfortuantely that’s the only way my woocommerce plugin will work with my payment processor, sorry guys!)
