I like to play video games to escape reality, relax, and spend my downtime. Now that we’re stuck at home and can’t hang out with our friends, we’ve been using video games as a way to spend time together.
I have a PS4 and Switch, but have been playing on my PC mostly. If you’d like to add us on console our PSN’s are Tiggahtigz, Groovapooh, and TigznPooh
Our Switch Friend codes are:
To add me on Blizzard.net for Call of Duty or other Blizzard games my ID is Tiggahtigz#1634
Do you guys have any recommendations of games? I used to be really big into mmorpgs and Overwatch. I mostly play Call Of Duty and Dragon Ball Fighter Z right now.
A lot of friends are on Animal Crossing but unfortunately I couldn’t get into it. If you have any games you enjoy playing I’d love to hear about em!
Pooh and I just picked up a Playstation VR (Virtual Reality Headset)! There aren’t many games out for it right now but so far we’ve been having fun with it. Most of the games feel more like mini games and “quick fun”, rather than full on games that require more time invested.
We totally forgot that most games require updates when you first play them…so most of our time was spent waiting lol. We got the VR bundle and it came with the Playstation camera, 2 move controllers, a demo disc, and VR Worlds (which is like a whole bunch of mini games). There’s also a pretty decent handful of games and demos available for download at the Playstation store. We’re excited for Resident Evil…it looks scary as fuck! We purchased Batman Arkham VR from the Playstation store. It’s pretty cool because well…who hasn’t ever wanted to beBatman when they were little?!
My only complaint about most of these vr games are they’re more about a “VR experience” and you’re pretty much observing and being guided from point A to point B, rather than actually running around being free and actually PLAYING a game in a virtual world. I’m sure most of that will change, hopefully, once more games come out. I took a couple videos on Day 1 but I’ll be splitting them into different parts. Be sure to check them all out!
We picked up a Samsung Gear VR for Xmas and it is pretty awesome! It seems 2016 will be the year of Virtual Reality since there are a couple different companies expecting to release their versions of virtual reality headsets. Oculus Rift, Sony Playstation VR, HTC Vive Pre, and the Microsoft Hololens are just a few that come to mind. I’m excited for Sony’s VR since I have a PS4.
I wasn’t sure what to expect with the Samsung Gear VR, but I was pleasantly surprised. My first time using it I kept saying “omg this is so cool!!!”, and must have looked like a complete dork. Most of the stuff I’ve tried so far were less interactive and more like watching (or walking/moving within) a really cool 3d 360 movie. It’s kind of one of those things you really have to just experience for yourself because words just can’t describe the experience. I just can’t wait to see how it’s implemented with the Playstation. So excited! But not excited about the price tag. Any of you have the Samsung Gear VR? Leave a comment and share your experience. I haven’t used the Gear VR much. I just got my phone (Samsung 6Edge) fixed so I can actually use the headset more.
Where’s Tiggah and Tigguhh been??? Sorry guys. I’ve been sucked into the world of video games and have been an addict every night. I’ve been juggling Destiny, Elder Scrolls Online, and Final Fantasy XIV every night after work. I play on ps4 so if you’d like to join me, hit me up and I’ll add you.
I’ve also started working out again. Hopefully I’ll start feeling sexy again and might like some of the pictures I’ve been taking and actually post them. I hope you guys miss me! I’ll try to post more! :)
This is a super late post. Those of you that follow my instagram know already, but yea, we got a new car! Pooh and I purchased ourselves a nice lil Mercedes Benz for Christmas. Felt so nice to buy ourselves a nice car without any help from our parents. We were thinking about leasing a 2015 but we wanted to “own” and not have to worry about mileage each year. We bought a 2013 C250 Sport that had all of the extras, bells, and whistles. We got a 5 year maintenance package and are planning on selling it and getting another car when it ends. It was a previously leased vehicle with less than 14k miles on it and a huge upgrade from both of our cars. Pooh had a Toyota Celica and I had a Toyota Matrix. We were so excited and so very happy. 2014 was definitely a great year! Merry Christmas and happy new year to us for sure!!!
So I’ve had a day to play with my phone and so far I LOOOOVE IT! I’m gonna have to get used to the interface but I like the look. I also love Blinkfeed and how it integrates social networking apps like facebook and instagram. The overall feel of the phone is “nice”. Like literally when you hold the phone in your hand and whenever my co-workers asked to hold it everyone says “Wow, this feels NICE!”. I have yet to test the camera (which is a strong reason why I went with the M8 over the S5) but you’ll see plenty of test shots posted all over my instagram and facebook all this weekend. I still love my S4 but I love how sexy this phone looks…sucks it gets covered in a phone condom but remember kids…It might feel good without it but you’ll be sorry later :P Wrap it up before you smack it up! #HTCONEM8 #HTC #M8 #PHONES #MOBILEPHONES #TECH #TECHBLOG #GADGETS
