Last workout of the week thank gaaaahd! I’m tired. Can’t wait to rest. Quarantine life was taking control of me. Getting high, drinking, and eating a shit ton. Since I couldn’t control my eating due to boredom I had to up my game just to maintain. I do an hour of lifting in the morning and using my Galaxy Watch I make sure I hit at least 10000 steps a day. I’ll usually do 5000 after my workout and finish the rest before dinner time or before I start drinking or smoking weed which is usually at 4pm for alcohol and 5 to 6pm getting high. I eat a small meal around 2pm and big meal around 7. Then I stuff myself til I wanna puke before passing out. Lol. It’s working I guess. Gotta stay fit! Here’s some previews 🍆💦.
