Pooh and I had an amazing time at the Mardi Gras Festival in Hillcrest last night. We went with our friends David and Aaron. We drank, we danced, we ate a ton Mexican food afterwards! So fun!

March 14, 2011@badingnakolboy thanks! That’s a good question. I’m glad u noticed. I don’t have ads because I don’t want my blog to be filled with random advertisements like other blogs. Should I put any ads up, I’d like for them to be ads I really would want to support. Plus, I’m a minimalist and don’t like clutter :P

March 14, 2011There are some ads that you could handpick or select. And one or two ads won’t qualify as clutter. It could be a source of income too, considering that your blog is a well visited one.
But I love your concept of having a blog that’s ad-free (although a part of me still thinks how much you could earn from your well-known blog). Besides, you’re rich anyway :)
And also, it really is indeed a privilege to be on that blogroll of yours. Hope I could earn it one day :)

March 14, 2011@badingakolboy good point…maybe I’ll look into it. Pooh’s always told me I should try advertising. I do like that mine is ad free though. Hehe as much as I wish I were…I’m not rich. I’m comfortable. I work hard so I can play…in moderation. I am rich on happiness and I already have everything I need. A loving boyfriend, an amazing loving pet, good health, and a wonderful home that Pooh and I have made cozy and comfortable. Besides, although my posts are my life in random…it does tend to lean more towards the “interesting and exciting” stuff. =) I do need to update my blog roll…thanks for reminding me!
