Sushi Deli 1

Pooh and I finally ate at Sushi Deli #1 in Hillcrest. Every time we went to Sushi Deli #1 there would either be a really long wait or it’d be closed. We’ve heard many good things about the food. Finally, all the anticipation and all of the waiting has now come to an end.

It was very much worth the wait. The sushi was yummy and the menu had a huge selection. The prices were also very low and reasonable.

We started off with Spicy Tuna Poppers.

Pooh had a Navavava Roll (which was very very very yummy) and I had a Katie Roll.

Everything was mucho yummo!

I think the only thing that bothered me was that the tempura shrimp in my roll was a bit rubbery. It was extremely busy and overall everything was good, so it wasn’t a big deal.

I can’t wait to try the rest of the sushi on the menu!
