WOW…ER…244 pics taken with my digital camera and 263 taken with the Nikon D80.

Pooh and I are pooped from our trip to San Francisco. We drove down yesterday (Monday) afternoon. We made a pit stop in West Hollywood to grab a bite with our buddy Flo. We’re skipping our workouts tonight and are just going to relax and do absolutely nothing all night. I’ll try to post our Pride weekend pics soon! Thanks for the wonderful time SF!

So while we were at Pride SF, Pooh decided to join twitter after hearing Solange mention that she “twittered” before going on stage. As the day progressed, Pooh found himself more and more immersed in the wonderful world of Twitter as he read several tweets via his G1 phone. His interest in it then peaked my curiosity, which then turned into more interest, which then turned into me joining as well. :) I’ve originally heard about Twitter on Homo Superior’s Blog a long long time ago but didn’t know much about it at the time. It seems everyone’s Twittering nowadays.

I’ve added a widget to my sidebar to the right so you can see my recent “tweets”. I’ve also added a widget so you can finally hear from Pooh and what he’s “tweeting” about. I know many of you have been curious as to what Pooh is all about and what he has to say…just don’t forget to come back and visit my blog! :) You’ll notice that we have quite different personalities. He’s got a great sense of humor and is very quick and witty; quite the social butterfly. I’m pretty shy, reserved, and pretty dull come to think about it…but I think it’s great because we balance eachother out!

So far it’s been amazing! Pooh and I have been all over the place with our buddy David. I can’t wait until I can post all of the pics we took during pride. It was very sweet and awesome running into some of my blog readers. We still have one more night to enjoy Pride in beautiful San Francisco. Tomorrow we’ll be doing some sight-seeing before heading back to San Diego.

Tonight we’re going to party @ the Cafe in Castro. Don’t be scared or too shy to say hi. I want pics with you guys! My friend David just found out about my blog so I thought I’d do a quick post now and show him :) HAPPY PRIDE!

So we’re goin up to SF tonight. Decided to take a pit stop in WEHO. Cantina…and then The Abbey…then we’ll see… :)

I’vd been a huge fan of the Avatar series on Nickelodeon. When I heard that M. Night Shyamalan was going to be bringing the animated Avatar to life, I was ecstatic! I can’t wait to see how the movie will turn out!

Pooh and I both currently have HTC G1 Android phones and cannot wait until the HTC Hero comes out.  The handset will be the first Android device with flash and multi-touch capabilities.  The HTC has a soft touch teflon coating to prevent damage and scratches (wuhoo!).  The phone appears to be light weight and UBER SEKSI!!!  It seems this phone is putting less emphasis on the “Google” aspect and more into user customization.  In my opinion, the G1 was definitely a hit with us technophiliacs because of its open source OS and strength; the HTC Hero will not only be for the gadget freaks but also for the mainstream user.  The Hero no longer has a slide out keyboard but the onscreen virtual keyboard looks pretty responsive.  I hardly use the onscreen keyboard on my G1 and much rather prefer the slide out because I like to type with my sense of touch.  I don’t know the release date yet but I’ve been reading late 2009.  Let’s hope soon! :)

San Francisco Pride

Pooh and I will be in San Francisco next week to experience, for our first time, how SF celebrates pride. We’re very excited to go since we haven’t been in San Francisco in a long time and we’ve heard that SF Pride is incredible! We’ll be leaving San Diego on Friday night and we’ll staying in SF until Tuesday. We’ll have plenty of time to enjoy the Pride festivities and also take in all that San Francisco has to offer…especially shopping! We’ll be staying at Hotel Tomo, which should be within walking distance of the festival, so we can stumble our drunk selves home and not have to worry about driving everywhere. I’m pretty excited to see the hotel since it’s inspired by Japanese pop culture. We’ll definitely be taking A LOT of pics on this trip! We’ll be accompanied by our good buddy David. :)

I would love to hear recommendations of places that any of you might think we’d want to check out. We’ll definitely be checking out Haight St for some shopping…but if you know of any great spots, let me know! Places like restaurants, bars, clubs, clothing stores, shoe stores, etc.
