I HATE NEEDLES!
Just got my first set of injections for my Carpal Tunnel Syndrome in both hands. It hurt a bit but I’m hoping it helps! I hate needles! 😟😫😭

BETTER TOGETHER
Pooh has been pushing me the past few weeks with my workouts. It’s hard but it really helps to have him push me and keep me motivated…especially when I’m tired or lazy and I just don’t wanna!
