I love seafood and have never cooked fish before, so I decided to challenge myself and made fish for dinner! My family is really big on seafood so I grew up eating a lot of fish like tilapia and bangus. Pooh was out running errands and visiting family so I thought I’d surprise him with dinner. I RARELY cook full on meals on my own, and if I do they’re usually very simple recipies…so this was quite a challenge and I’m so proud of myself for getting it done! I made baked bangus with onions, garlic, and tomatoes. My grandma sometimes made baked bangus but I guess she mostly broiled hers to get it more crispy. We broiled our leftovers the following night and it was AMAZING. I can’t wait to challenge myself more and make more amazing food…but in like, baby steps. HAHA!
