So far quarantine fit life is going OK. I don’t fast really but really try to save big meals for dinner only so I can snack throughout the day cuz of boredom. I’ve been wearing my Galaxy Watch to track my calories and steps. Daily routine is weight lifting using only a push up band, barbells and a pull up bar for about an hour, a 20 minute hiit workout and I run in place til I reach 6000 steps on my watch. Def is a lot harder to stay motivated but I don’t go to sleep without doing those 3 things. Hope your quarantine has been going well. Happy #FlexFriday
