I have been consistently doing intermittent fasting allmost everyday.. Mainly on the weekdays. That’s keeping my fat down or the same which I’m fine with for now. Although I’m not as cut as I used to be I feel like I’m packing a little more muscle. I don’t know… I see myself everyday so I can’t really tell. Maybe you guys can tell me how I’m looking. I have Hawaii coming up at the end of the month so I’ve introduced keto on top of intermittent fasting. Let’s see how that goes.. Two more weeks! If you are in O’ahu… HOLLER!
