Spent most of Sunday morning laying in bed.  Needed some much needed rest since I haven’t been able to sleep much throughout the week.  I’ve been getting like 3 – 4 hrs of sleep each night. 😫 

I have pretty bad insomnia so it’s hard to fall asleep and stay asleep.  I’ve tried melatonin but unfortunately my body doesn’t like it much.  It’ll work the first night and if I try to take it again the following nights it doesn’t work at all. My body doesn’t like downers much lol.    Le Sigh…😪
