Getting closer to my summer body goals.. I was doing keto for my trip to Hawaii but stopped right when I got there. I’m still intermittent fasting. Fasting til 2pm. Eating a protein bar. Then eat whatever I want for dinner. It’s working OK so far but I’ll add keto again when another event comes up.. More photos in the members section!
