It’s been forever since I’ve worked out. I feel like I’ve taken huge steps leaps and falls backwards. I wish I could say I’ve embraced my twinkness but my I’m not where I want to be. I feel so insecure. Anyway, I’ve started doing my early morning workouts again…7am…I’m not a morning person. :( zzzzZzzzZzz
