So I’ve been kind of on and off with my work outs. On the bright side, this is the longest I’ve actually stuck to it! I’ve still been working out weekly but not as often throughout the week as I’d like. I can’t make any excuses or anything since it’s on me whether or not I want to cram in the time, but damn I wish I had extra time. Anyway, I have no idea what week I’m on now but I thought I’d post some recent pics that I took with my webcam. I could just go and look at my last post on my progress but I’m too damn lazy. :P



Since I had a cold I unfortunately fell off of the working out wagon. Now that I’m feeling better, aside from the headaches I’ve been having the past couple of days, I’m getting back into working out. Pooh and I have been doing 90x and I really like it! The guy leading the workouts on the videos can get kind of annoying but the workouts are pretty intense and I actually have fun doing them.

We’ve been doing P90x for about 4 weeks now but since I stopped for a week, I think I’m starting over at week 1. Of course, it’s not magic…I’m not expecting results in a day. I’ll be posting my progress and hopefully we’ll see a difference within a couple of months. :)

It’s now week four of my “project” and I’ve actually been sticking to it! I’ve been jogging and dancing for my cardio on Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays. Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays I would do my arms and abs. Pooh said he’s very proud of me because he knows how tired I get from working and I am usually get lazy when it comes to working out. Let’s hope I can keep it up!

Anway, I’ve been taking pics each week so I could document my progress. I haven’t really posted any because, well, they all look the same lol. It’s still too early to notice any difference. I’m being realistic; I am not expecting quick results and I know that this is something that I have to work long and hard for.

It’s been a while since Tigguhh made an appearance so he thought he’d say hi. :)

I thought I’d try cutting my hair myself since I’ve been too lazy to go somewhere and have it done. My hair grows fast and it’s kind of a pain to go to a salon every 2 weeks and shell out 30 or so bucks for a haircut. Pooh had to help me with the back since I can’t quite see the back of my head. :)




So I’ve always been pretty bad at sticking to my workouts. I usually have a good 2 or 3 week long phase of good and steady workouts, but then I get lazy and stop working out altogether. If you haven’t noticed, I haven’t taken and posted any recent shirtless pics in a while. I guess the Tigguhh in me has just been feeling a little insecure. All my drinking and late night binge eating kind of started catching up with me. :P I think it’s time I start being more healthy and start taking care of myself.

Pooh has always worked out regularly so I thought I’d follow his example by working out and this time stick to it! He laid out a workout regimen for me to follow. It’s only been 2 weeks since I’ve started so I haven’t seen any significant results. I do feel more energetic and upbeat though! Currently, my schedule is 6 days a week – rotating cardio one day and arms & abs the next.

I thought I’d document my progress and perhaps add some example workouts and tips. :)
