Beautiful Sunday with Pooh
By TiggahIt was a beautiful day! The sun was shining in the clear blue sky. The air was cool and brisk, yet gently soothed by the warmth of the sun. Pooh and I decided to go out for breakfast and enjoy the nice day.
We went to Mimmo’s Italian Village restaurant in Little Italy.
I had a delicious Tuscany Salad with fresh cranberries, honey glazed walnuts, goat cheese, and raspberry vinegarette. It paired nicely with a glass of Viognier – Jewel Collection.
Pooh had a nice and savory Spinach Proscuitto salad with onions, balsamic, goat cheese and grilled chicken breast with yummy bits of garlic.
After a lovely meal we headed off to satisfy my sweet tooth at Heaven Sent Desserts. We ordered their Bread Pudding. It was simply scrumptulecent! It had a bit more brandy than I’d prefer…but too much alcohol is never a bad thing! ^_^

It indeed was a beautiful day. Pooh and I spent the rest of the day relaxing at home and playing Nintendo Wii. We recently rented Dragonball Z: Budakai Tenkaichi 2. It’s very fun and the unique controller methods are amazing! I definitely love the game and will be buying it soon!
