Week 1 w/ weighted vest. I haven\'t worked out in forever...it\'s been probably about 2 months but I\'m trying to get back into it. Picked up a weighted vest by Chris Heria for @groovapooh for Xmas. Figure I could use it too...minus a bunch of weights lol. I was thinking if getting a bench press but we don\'t have much room for one at our place. 😅😅😅. I miss being able to use the gym in our complex. It\'s so hard to stay motivated to work out at home. 😫😫😫 — 323 4
