PROGRESS REPORT
I finally feel like I’m making progress, and am able to make progress, now that I’ve fully recovered from my surgery. I’ve started working out again and I’m now 5 weeks into it. Normally I’d be really into it for like 2 weeks and then I’d be too tired or too lazy and just stop. I’ve gained a bit of weight and am able to lift more weights since I no longer have a hernia to worry about. Finally feeling good about the way I look. I still got a long way before I hit my personal goal but it feels good to look in the mirror and not hate what I see.
