MEEMBERS ONLY – FAILED PAYMENTS
So I’ve been trying to figure out how to fix the failed payment issue with my site and unfortunately the issue is with some people’s banks. Since my site is new and a recurring online payment, a few of your banks are declining the transaction thinking it is “suspicious activity”. If you are receiving a failed payment notice, you’ll need to contact your bank and let them know that you are indeed making the transaction and your account hasn’t been compromised.
