Found an article for you about watermarking and Flickr. Apparently, watermarking, in general, is fine. You can watermark with your website address, or logo, or website name, however if the photo(s) are being used for an adult-content website/blog, and it is watermarked, it violates Flickr's Terms of Service. That's why your account got deleted. You can still upload NSFW images to Flickr, but you just can't watermark them if you're going to be posting it on your blog. It takes care of right click as well as copying any text either. I don't see why they would care about a logo on your pictures.
