Been trying to tone my abs. Lol someone commented on one of my posts and said that I “don’t have great abs like most guys but they enjoy following me”. Womp Womp. Thanks? Jk, I know they meant well. It’s really tough though! Working out the core and lower abdominals is really hard. Definitely need to start dieting and emphasizing on cardio. I’ve always struggled with my “body goals” but it helps to have some drive and motivation here and there. We all will hear things that might seem negative, but if we use it as a driving force to make it into a positive…then well, we’ll just be all the more happier.
Those of you that have been following my blog for a while now should know I’ve always had a hard time bulking. I get these little phases where I’m motivated to work out, and then I get lazy and fall off it it. Well…I’m working out again. Haha I’m feeling better about myself and starting to feel less insecure. Me!? Insecure?! Despite my somewhat uninhibited exhibitionist alter ego, you may have wondered why you haven’t seen him much. I’m getting older, partying a lot, drinking a lot, and we all know how much I eat. I haven’t been liking how I look and feel. I’ve blogged about these insecure phases before. Sometimes you gotta look in the mirror and tell yourself to do something about it. Even if it takes trying again and again. Stay positive, and if you fall, hopefully you’ll eventually get tired of just laying there and get right up again. :)
Pooh and I spent our Monday day drinking with our Bestie David. It’s been so hot out that we’ve been chuggin down frozen margaritas. Yum!!!
