AFTER-VALENTINE’S-DAY DINNER

Pooh and I wanted to watch Lil Kim at Fluxx on Valentine’s so we decided to have a nice dinner on Friday instead. Pooh made reservations at a place called Sally’s Seafood On The Water in downtown. It was pretty fancy. He was originally going to take me to Donovan’s but he said Sally’s had better ratings on Yelp Lol .

We started off with wine and grilled oysters with spicy ponzu sauce. The oysters were delicious! Oh and the complimentary bread was yummy as well!

Pooh ordered the Beef Tenderloin with veggies and Purple Mashed Potatoes. I tried some and it was really good. Though, I’m not much of a beef/steak kinda guy.

Pooh knows how much I love seafood and he told me to get the Whole Lobster with sautéed mushrooms and garlic spinach. He spoils me….and loves me so much! It was absolutely delicious! The mushrooms were a tad bit oily but were still tasty.

The service was fast and friendly. The rest of the menu looked pretty good so we can’t wait to come back and try other things. Their sushi looked amazing so we definitely will be back to stuff our faces again.

How appropriate that our bill would come out to be 143 on our After-Valentine’s Dinner!
